10/29/01 - According to GD Almanac 9-1, "On December 1, 2001, the Rex Foundation will launch its new endeavors with a benefit performance at the Warfield Theatre in San Francisco. . . Bill Kreutzmann, Bob Weir and Mickey Hart will perform, sharing the stage with special friends and other creative forces." (Update: Benefit Invitation)
